As part of the ordering process, the personal information you provide may be collected, however, the privacy and security of the information that you supply is of our utmost importance and concern.

After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received. However, this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the item(s) has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of the item(s) will only come into existence once your order has been processed and we have notified you by email that your item(s) have been fulfilled and dispatched. 

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time, in which case we will immediately notify this action by email or telephone, using the email address or telephone number you have provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.

You also acknowledge that we may take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.

We do our very best to match the colours of our items as accurately as possible. However, you agree that this is subject to a number of factors beyond our control including: monitor display settings or screen resolution. We will not guarantee that your monitor will accurately display our products colour exactly.

Our products are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that all the listed products will always be available when you place your order. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if a product is out of stock or not available.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, please email: Fabric orders cannot be changed or cancelled, as fabric is cut to size. Other orders can be changed or cancelled up until the time that your item(s) have been dispatched.

Price, Currency and GST

All prices on this Website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

We do not guarantee the price of any item listed on this Website until your order has been processed and we have notified you that your item(s) have been dispatched. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure that the price and details of products listed are correct, if they are incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide you with a refund. 


From time to time, information on our Web site may contain errors such as typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to our products descriptions, pricing or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or to update information at any time.
